Fundraising for the Copenhagen Residential Property Fund P/S (CRPF) is now under its way and the fund has been well received by investors.

The market for residential property divided into commonhold units in Copenhagen is very interesting and the investment represents a stable return with a quantifyable upside potential in an investment-universe that is characterized by very low (if not negative) real interest rates, low growth and rather limited investment opportunities in general. For investors with a time horizon of 7 years, the risk-adjusted return on CRPF is certainly attractive and includes regular dividend distributions.
